Mission Action Planning - The Vision
This workshop will focus on how to lead your team in creating a shared vision. The Mission Action Planning process will enable teams to reflect on their journey so far, consider their dream scenario (against the nightmare!) and create a specific action for each team member that upholds and embeds the vision across the academic year. The aim is to ensure all staff feel like they are making an impact and contributing to the success of the subject/key stage/team.

NB. It is better if attendees come in pairs / small groups from the same school so that a team discussion can take place for that school.
