About me
I am the Faculty Lead for communications at The Charter School East Dulwich, responsible for English, Media, Film and all Modern Foreign Languages. I am also Subject Lead for English. I have been at Charter for 6 years where I have completed both the NPQML and NPQSL and deliver the NPQLL (Leading Literacy) to teachers across the South East.
I am passionate about diversifying the curriculum to make it relevant for our students so they feel valued and seen in what is taught. It is important that our curriculum is reviewed each time it is taught, to ensure students make the desired progress, the curriculum aims and objectives are met and student independent discovery and love of learning is fostered and encouraged.
